Description
Magnesium is a fundamental element for the body and is involved in many functions. Particularly intense and stressful periods, however, may lead to a reduction in the physiological levels of this mineral, and this may be associated with fatigue, weakness, nervousness, disturbed sleep, muscle tension, cramps and mood decrease. Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets diluted in water during the day, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening. Mix well all the contents of the bag in at least 150 ml of water until the product is completely dissolved. Intake of 2 sachets per day (about 20 g) provides 100% of the reference nutritional value for Magnesium, corresponding to the recommended daily intake.
