Description
Food supplement based on creatine, L- carnitine, leucine, vitamin D, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6 and mineral salts useful in case of increased nutrient requirements.
In particular, thiamin (vitamin B1), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxin (vitamin B6), magnesium, iron and copper contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue; vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function; magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein synthesis.
Ingredients
Creatine, maltodextrin, L-carnitine tartrate, L-leucine, magnesium bisglycinate, acidity concealer: citric acid; stabilizers: sunflower lecithin, sucrose esters of fatty acids; aroma, beet concentrate, microencapsulated ferric pyrophosphate, sweeteners: acesulphame K, sucralose; zinc gluconate, anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; pantothenic acid (D-pantotenate, calcium), vitamin D (colecalciferol), vitamin B2 (reboflavin 5-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (tyamine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, dye: copper complexes of chlorophiline; chrome pycolinate.
Without gluten. Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
Pour the contents of a envelope into a glass of water (about 200 ml), mix until dissolving the powder. Take once a day away from meals.
