Description
Food supplement with Plantago psyllium. Limit nutrient absorption.
The glucomannan contributes to weight loss (a beneficial effect obtained with the daily intake of 4 grams of glucomannan) and is useful as a coadjuvant of hypocaloric diets. The glucomannan in the stomach absorbs water reducing the sense of hunger.
Psyllium seeds limit nutrient absorption, regulate the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, with prebiotic effect.
Inulin promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Mode of use
