Melissa and oats promote relaxation.
Ingredients
Charging agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; valencian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s. tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids, oats (Avena sativa L.) fruit e.s., passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers e.s., melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves e.s.; anti-agglomerating agents: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose, silicon dioxide, fatty acid magnesium salts; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol.

1 to 2 tablets per day. To swallow with water.
