Description
Pregnancy test on blood.
The test is able to detect a very low amount (sensitivity of 10 mIU/mL) of hCG (human chorionic agonadotropin), a hormone produced by the organism since the beginning of pregnancy. It is recommended to carry out the test in the days before the presumed date of the next cycle in order to obtain the maximum reliability of the pregnancy test. If the test is carried out well in advance, the HCG hormone concentration may be excessively low and not detected, this would lead to a negative result.
NG Precision+ is an immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of the hCG in the human capillary blood taken from the pulse with a sensitivity of 10 mlU/mL. The test performance ( 95% confidence interval) is 100% (84,54% - 100%) for sensitivity and 100% (92,86% - 100%) for specificity.
This quick and easy-to-use test can be carried out anywhere and at any time of the day.
The test is carried out by depositing the blood drop taken from the fingertip into the test cock through the capillary tube.
A solution is then provided to facilitate the migration of the blood sample.
The test includes antibodies that detect the hCG and, in case of positive result, generate a colored line in the "T" area of the test.
Reactive components are an antibody monoclonal anti-alpha-h CG and an antibody monoclonal anti-beta -hCG conjugated with a visual marker ( colloidal gold).
Mode of use
Collection of capital
- Wash your hands with hot water and soap. Then, dry well.
- Hot water has the effect of improving blood circulation in calves.
- Take your arms along your hips for a minute to increase blood flow.
- If you do not immediately form the drop of blood press the finger behind the puncture zone so that the drop of blood is punctured.
1 PREPARATION
Massage your finger for a few seconds (medium or annular), clean it with the alcohol buffer and let it dry in the air. Rotate and remove the green tab, then throw it. Press the gray button to punch your finger.
2 COMPLAINTS
Place the test in the space indicated on the instruction sheet. Press your finger strong behind the puncture area to get the blood sample. Completely fill the capillary tube with blood.
3 RESULTS
Place and leave the test on the table. Then turn the pipe with blood on the cockpit.
Wait 5 minutes.
Warnings
- The test is unused. Don't reuse.
- Do not use the test if the package is damaged or broken.
- Keep away from the children's reach.
- Once the package is opened, use the test immediately.
- Nothing has to get in touch with the reading window.
- NG Precision+ was designed to be used only with blood samples.
- Blood must be transferred immediately to the reactive strip.
- Waiting for the result, the test must be supported on a flat surface. Never direct the test upwards.
Conservation
Store the test in its packaging between 4 °C and 30 °C. The test is stable until the expiry date indicated on the package.
Don't freeze.
