ophthalmic solution
Description
Product intended for instillation on the eye surface.
Hypotonic solution useful to assist both treatment and prevention of irritated, reddened and fatigued eyes. Thanks to the moisturizing and moisturizing characteristics of glycerol and the presence of essential ions such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, it allows the restoration of the physiological conditions of the lacrimal film and gives immediate soothing sensation to the burning immediately after instillation.
Suitable:
- in case of fatigue and redness of the eyes due to external agents such as: adverse climate and environmental conditions, use of contact lenses, work on video screens, prolonged reading
- to soothe symptoms such as burning, feeling of sand in the eyes, sensation of dryness, in the condition of "dry eye" of light or moderate degree.
Composition
Glycerol, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium bibasic phosphate, sodium monobasic phosphate, benzalconio chloride, water for injectable preparations.
Mode of use
It should be dosed individually according to your state and according to the recommendations of your ophthalmologist doctor.
In general, instill 1-2 drops of the solution in the joint sack of each eye at the time of need, even several times a day.
Remove the protective cap from the end of the bottle before any use.
Instill 1-2 drops in the joint bag of each eye, letting them fall from above.
Close the bottle by repositioning the protective cap immediately after the application.
Warnings
For external use.
Do not use the solution after the expiry date indicated on the package.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components.
It should not be used immediately before the administration of medicines for curative purposes and in ten minutes after the application of a possible pharmacological therapy for topical purposes.
Do not use the solution in conjunction with the application of contact lenses.
Remove contact lenses before instillation and wait at least 15 minutes before wearing lenses again.
To reduce the risk of contamination, each bottle must be used by one person.
Avoid that the tip of the dropper comes in direct contact with your fingers, eye or any other surface.
It is possible to occur, in some rare case, of intolerance (a sense of burning and/or irritation), however without consequences, which does not require modification of the treatment.
We recommend, however, to contact your ophthalmologist in the case of protracting symptoms. Compliance with the instructions in the leaflet reduces the risk of unwanted effects.
