LANGIRON
Lenitive and emollient treatment based on natural extracts, of the ano-rectal channel, also in the presence of congestive phenomena. Indicated for a mix of clinical conditions concerning the prostate such as: bacterial acute prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, pelvic painful syndrome and asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis.
How to use
A substitute in the evening or second prescription.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms; if necessary can be used for prolonged periods.
Components
Bromelina, Boswelia, Melissa and Malva, Ananas.
Bromelina: through the inhibition of lipo-oxygenase, bromelin exercises anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the formation of eicosanoids. Bromelin also exercises antiedema and anti-aggregating effects of platelets and phybrinolitic type, helping to prevent the formation of thrombotic phenomena. Bromeline has been studied for its beneficial effects on prostatitis. A human study showed an improvement of symptoms associated with prostatitis in subjects treated with bromelin in association with other natural substances.
Boswellia tightened: Widely studied for anti-inflammatory and painkilling properties. The research found that a Boswellia extract is more useful, less toxic and more powerful than the standard drug for rheumatic disorders, which is preferred compared to other anti-inflammatory drugs such as isndometacin, phenylbutation or acetylsalicynic acid. The anti-inflammatory action is due to the presence of boswellic acids which are able to inhibit the formation of leukotriene B4, thanks to the selective inhibition of the enzyme 5-lipo-oxidase. Boswellia resin also exercises inhibitory activity against elastases and hyaluronidasis, notoriously destructive protein enzymes.
Melissa workshop: The therapeutic properties are ascribable to its sedative action similar to those of sedative drugs belonging to the benzodiazepine class. Another pharmacological property of this plant is its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and carminative action, due to the inhibition of calcium penetration in muscle cells, resulting in reduction of contraction of smooth muscles. The neurosedative and spasmolytic action mechanism could in part be attributed to antithyroid activity mainly antithyreotropin (TSH). The essence of Melissa acts at the limbic lobe of the SNC, which compute the coordination of vegetative functions as well as the protective action from abnormous stimuli coming from the periphery, ensuring a sedative activity useful in neurovegetative distonies.
Malva sylvestris: The extracts of the leaves and flowers of malva have been studied for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-ulcerogen and favoring the integrity of the tissues. It also has soothing, emollient and adjuvant activities for healing.
