Mode of use
The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 3 tablets (1 g of active vegetable charcoal) at least 30 minutes before the meal and 3 tablets (1 g of active vegetable charcoal) immediately after the meal. We recommend taking with a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and should be used in a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. Active vegetable charcoal can reduce the absorption of certain drugs if taken simultaneously.
