Mixture of live lactic ferments (bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis DB96, streptooccus thermophilus DB320, lactobacillus acidphilus DBD15B, lactobacillus casei DBD4, lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DBDne2, maltodestri; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; gelling agent: gelling rubber; anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Mode of use
It's like taking one capsule a day. To swallow with water or, in case of difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and dissolve the content in little water or yogurt.
