Description
Food supplement based on simple and complex carbohydrates with magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, creatine and ginseng extract.
Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise and contribute to the maintenance of resistance performance during prolonged exercise.
Magnesium contributes to the electrolytic balance and, together with vitamin C, contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.
The ginseng helps to counter the tiredness of sin and mental.

Destrose, fructose, maltodextrin (20%), aroma, creatine monohydrate, acidity concealer: citric acid; sodium citrate; anti-agglomerating agents: dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide; potassium citrate, citric acid magnesium salts, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ginseng e.s. (Panax ginseng C. A. Mey) root tit. 20% ginsenosid; eulcorant: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride).
Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to dissolve the daily dose of product (30 g equal to 1 and a half scoop) in about 500 ml of water and take before, during and after training. By doing so you get a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes.
