OTHER
for incontinence
Description
Medical device Class I non sterile.
The urinary incontinence sheath is used to collect urine in male patients with incontinence. It connects easily and safely to any urine collection bag from leg or bed.
The sheath, made of natural latex, has been designed to fit while maintaining its length, elasticity and softness.
The zigrinate cap was designed to eliminate the possibility that the drainage system twists on itself, resulting in blocking the flow of urine and loss or "ballooning" (reflating) of the sheath.
Mode of use
Application of sheath:
1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Clean and dry the penis and shave the excess pubic fur; do not use talc or creams.
3. Remove from one side the protective film of the biadhesive band.
4. Apply the spiral band around the penis and remove the second film.
5. Place the sheath on the penis taking care to leave a space between the glans and the sheath tube to favor the outflow of the urine.
6. Roll the sheath over the biadsive band and exert a slight pressure to make it fit.
7. Connect the sheath to the urinary bag.
Remove the sheath:
1. Disconnect the sheath from the urine bag.
2. Rewind the sheath throughout the length of the penis.
Components
Natural rubber latex.
Warnings
It is recommended to replace the sheath every 24 hours. Do a thorough local hygiene before application. Do not tighten the biadsive band too much to avoid circulatory problems. In rare cases of possible sensitivity to latex products consult your doctor. Non sterile product, not sterilisable. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Store in a dry environment, protected from dust and harmful materials.
Integro packaging validation: 36 months.
