Description
Magnesium-based dietary supplement, alpha lipoic acid, spiny oonide, escolzia, Boswellia, zinc and copper, active ingredients to promote an anti-inflammatory, pain-retardant and natural decontracting effect.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; boswellia promotes joint functionality and contrasts localized voltage states.

Magnesium bibasic idrate, alpha lipoic acid, ononine (Ononis spinosa L.) root e.s. 1:4, eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb e.s. tit. 0.2% protopine, Boswellia (Boswellia tightened Roxb. ex Colebr.) gommo-resina e.s. tit. 65% boswellic acids, USP gluconate copper, zinc gluconate food grade; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetal capsule (hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose).

Mode of use
The recommended dose is to take 4 capsules, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening preferably after meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant or breastfeeding women it is preferable to seek advice from the doctor. In rare cases lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and away from heat sources.
