Gamma-Aminobutyririum Acid (GABA), Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds e.s. 25% in 5-HTP, Schisandra [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill] fruit e.s. tit. 2% in schisandrine, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flowers e.s. tit 0.5% o.e., hawthorn (Crataegus rhipidophylla Gand.) flowers and leaves e.s. 1% in flavonoids, vitamin B6 (piridossina hydrochloride), maltitol syrup, water, gelatin, pea starch, spirulina, paper, lemon aroma, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
Take 1 gum when necessary, up to a maximum of 2 per day. We recommend 1 in the morning and 1 in need.
