Description
Food supplement.
The aerial parts of the achillea are known to soothe menstrual cramps. They also help alleviate intestinal disorders due to menstruation (flatulence, swelling) and thus regain physical well-being.
Ingredients
Achillea millefoglie BIO (Achillea millefolium L.), BIO pea peel powder (Pisum sativum L.), BIO chicory root powder (Cichorium intybus L.), BIO coconut pulp powder (Cocos nucifera L.); vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Mode of use
From 12 years.
From the evening before or from the first day of the menstruation take three capsules a day for five days. The capsules are to be distributed during the day depending on the appearance of the troubles. The duration of use may be less than five days in case of lessening of the shortest discomfort or menstrual cycle. You can take up to six capsules per day if necessary. Unconscious in pregnancy and nursing and in case of allergy to the Asteraceae.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
