Food supplement exclusively based on melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep* and to alleviate the effects of jet lag**.
*The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.
