Vitamin D
Description
Food supplement of vitamin D.
Vitamin D is naturally produced by the body, at the skin level, thanks to the action of sunlight. Low exposure to the sun, the habit of working in closed environments and insufficient food supply can be cause of shortage or increased requirements. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and a normal muscle function. It also contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and to the normal function of the immune system.
Each tablet contains 50 mcg of vitamin D equal to 2,000 U.I. The International Unit is a unit of measurement that indicates the amount of a substance based on its effect. 1 U.I. of vitamin D3 equals 0.025 mcg of substance.
Ingredients
Charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel, dicalcium phosphate; vitamin D (calciferol); anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, with a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
The product contains heat-sensitive vitamins: it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or thermal shocks, to keep it safe from light and at temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
