INSERVATION FOR FECAL INCONVENTION
LARGE
Description
The fecal incontinence insert is a medical device indicated for the management of accidental intestinal losses (Accidental Bowel Leakage - ABL) due to fecal incontinence. The rectal insert is designed for self-insertion to seal and help prevent the involuntary outage of feces from the rectum.
Soft and flexible, composed of silicone and a fluid. The therapeutic solution is based on fluid dynamics to make the insert anatomical and effectively prevent involuntary loss of feces.
The flexible insert filled with a liquid is designed to change, move and adapt to the movements of the person because the fluid movement is transferred to the whole device. This makes it easy to insert and remove and comfortable to wear. The Navina fecal incontinence insert is designed to facilitate its use, prevent losses and allow an independent and active life.
All materials used are non-toxic, medical and biocompatible materials, latex free and DEHP free.
The device is disposable and is not sterile.
Mode of use
Wash your hands. Open the insert box for fecal incontinence and extract the device. Take a relaxed and comfortable location, for example lying on a bed. Grab the applicator and stop of the device. Align the device with the anus.
If you prefer, you can further lubricate your device and/or anus.
Relax the muscles and gently insert the insert for fecal incontinence until the stop rests on the anus. Extract the applicator and throw it together with the packaging with undifferentiated waste. Wash your hands.
The fecal incontinence insert can be carried continuously up to 24 hours. A single insert can be used until the next or replaced evacuation, if it is considered appropriate. After an insert has been expelled, you can replace it with another. You can use only one insert at a time.
The fecal incontinence insert is designed so that it can be expelled with normal bowel movements or removed manually.
For convenience, it is recommended to remove the device before evacuation.
For manual removal:
1. Grab the external stop and gently pull to remove the device.
2. Throw the device with undifferentiated waste. We do not recommend disposing the device or the applicator of the device in the toilet.
3. Wash your hands.
Components
Silicone elastomer, mineral oil, oil.

Fecal incontinence can be treated from a medical point of view. The fecal incontinence insert is not intended to replace surgical options for treating accidental intestinal losses. Ask your doctor for professional advice.
