Mode of use
We recommend a treatment with Collagen Rigenera for at least 3 months, but it can be taken without interruption.
Take 1 scoop daily dissolved in 250 ml (a glass) of a hot or cold drink. It can dissolve in: water, milk, elongated coffee, tea, cappuccino, juice; or shake together with 1 mixture of WHYnature or WHYsport protein, preferably during breakfast.
