Description
Food supplement with magnesium for electrolytic balance and energy metabolism that helps to reintegrate the lost liquids and mineral salts during physical activity, prevent cramps and promote, thanks to the presence of carbohydrates, the recovery in short time of energy reserves.
Property
Magnesium: essential for concentration and muscle and nervous system.
Potassium: essential for the regulation of sweating and cellular intra-extra water balance.
Zinc: promotes cell renewal and immunomodulation, stimulates endogenous testosterone production.
Sodium: among the main ions lost with sweating, its presence is fundamental in cell processes and in the maintenance of performance.
Tiamina (Vitamina B1): has the property to influence the nervous system and to participate in the process that in the organism allows to convert glucose to energy.
Vitamin C: contributes to the production of antibodies, increasing the resistance of the organism; is an excellent antioxidant (combats free radicals); enters energy production processes; favors the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium etc.).
Vitamin E: strengthens immune defenses.
