BCAA CAPLETS
Description
Supplement that provides branched amino acids (leucine-isoleucine-valine) in the ratio 2:1:1 enhanced with vitamin B6 for greater assimilation. BCAAs are essential branched amino acids, as the body is unable to produce them on its own and therefore must be introduced with the diet. BCAAs represent about 30% of muscle mass; it is useful to insert them in the context of a physical effort to optimize energy performance. During a physical activity, they are also the first amino acids to be used because, unlike others, they do not pass through the liver but are synthesized directly in the muscles.

Mode of use
It is recommended up to 5 cpr per day corresponding to 5 g/day of branched amino acids.
