(valeriana; root extract titulate minimum to 0.6% in sesquiterpenes), Passiflora incarnata (passiflora; aerial parts), Humulus lupulus (luppolo; dry extract titulate minimum to 4% in rutosids); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; D-biotin.

Mode of use
How to use: Day: 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
