Description
Food supplement based on Micro-SR melatonin, dry extract of melissa and ashwagandha KSM-66.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. Withania Somnifera and Melissa officinalis promote relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, ashwagandha KSM-66 e.s. [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal., radice] tit. 5% in witanolidi, melissa e.s. (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) tit. to 6% in rosemary acid; acidity corrector: citric acid; aroma, melatonin, HPMC, alginate sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, carnauba wax); anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: sucralosio.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a stick pack a day just before bedtime, to dissolve in a glass of water (150 ml).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not assume in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Conservation
