Description
Food supplement based on griffonia seed extract (30% 5-HTP), valerian root extract, vitamin B6 and magnesium. Griffonia promotes normal mood tone and mental well-being and together with valerian supports relaxation (sleeping). Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Griffon [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] standardized dry extract of seeds [30% 5-HTP (5-idrossitriptofano)]; coating agent: hydroxy-propylmethylcellulose; magnesium ( magnesium oxide), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract (4:1) of roots; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate); anti-agglomerating agents: vegetable stearic acid, magnesium vegetable stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridossina HCl); anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (piridossal-5-phosphate).

Mode of use
To swallow 1 vegetable capsule per day, with water, in the evening half an hour before bedtime.
