Food supplement.
The ashwagandha, the jujuggiolo, the melissa and the Griffonia contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. The rodiola, along with the melissa and Griffonia, contribute to the normal tone of the mood. The valerian favours relaxation.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep - the beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg melatonin.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Phosphate calcium, microcrystalline cellulose (charge agents), ashwagandha e.s. (Withania somnifera Dunal – radix) tit. in withanolidi, giuggiolo e.s. (Ziziphus jujuba Mill. – semen) tit. jujubosidi ( triterpentine saponine), Griffonia e.s. (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill. - semen, valerian e.s. (Valeriana officinalis L. – radix) tit. in valerinic acids, melissa e.s. (Melissa officinalis L. – folium) tit. in rosemary acid, rodiola e.s. (Rhodiola rosea L. – radix) tit. in rosavine and in salidroside, vitamin B6 (piridossina hydrochloride), talc (charge agent), magnesium stearate (anti-agglomerant agent), melatonin, calcium carbonate, ipromellose, iron oxide (colorant).

Mode of use
To help relaxation we recommend taking 1-2 tablets a day to swallow with the help of a glass of water during the day; to encourage a restful sleep take the product half an hour before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store at room temperature; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
