Description
Glucomannan dietary supplement, fiber known for its properties and psillium that limits and modulates nutrient absorption and has a prebiotic effect, helping in the regularity of intestinal transit.
With gymnema, useful for normal metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and acting on control of hunger sense along with griffonia, which also helps normal tone of mood, relaxation and mental well-being. It then contains chromium, useful for maintaining normal blood glucose levels and for normal macronutrient metabolism.
Ingredients
Glucomannan powder (Amorphophallus konjac: roots), dietary jelly, psillio powder (Plantago ovata F.: cuticle), griffonia e.s. (Griffonia simplicifolia: semi, 20% 5-htp), gymnema e.s. (Gymnema silvestre: leaves, 25% ac. gymnemic); anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and colloidal silica; chromium picolinate.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily with a glass of abundant water, half an hour before meals.
