The active ingredients are the extract of Omtec 50 and Omtec XS. Omtec 50 is a natural fiber with a high ability to bind lipids. It helps to neutralize calories from high-fat foods. Omtec XS extract inhibits the alpha-amilasi pancreatic enzyme that digests starch. Stop the process of carbohydrate digestion. The natural substance Omtec 50, along with the extract of Omtec XS, contained in Drenax Forte Grassi Med form a substance similar to a gel in the stomach. This gelatinous substance mixes with food. In this process, fats, carbohydrates and sugars thus transformed do not enter the metabolic cycle, but are excreted without being digested.

Mode of use
Formulated to be taken orally. The recommended dose is 2 tablets, 1 hour before each meal to swallow with at least one glass of water (250 ml), 3 times a day.

Warnings
Do not use it for more than 30 consecutive days in a treatment period. Intake can be resumed after 4 days:
- ask for advice to your doctor before using the product for a long time;
- do not take medications (such as contraceptives), essential vitamins or fatty acids at the same time when taking the product.
Drugs must be taken 1 hour before or 4 hours after taking the product.
Consult your doctor before using the product if you have to take medication before meals.
