Do not use on sick or convalescent animals. Do not use in animals with mechanical obstruction of digestive and urinary traits, bronchial asthma or other pulmonary or cardiovascular conditions as carbamates can trigger the contraction of smooth muscles. Do not apply to puppies under three months of age. Do not apply to animals with skin lesions. Do not apply in animals intended for human consumption.Population
Small dogs (up to 15 kg weight): up to 30 ml. Large dogs (over 15 up to 25 kg weight): up to 50 ml. Dogs of exceptional size (over 25 kg weight), e.g. S. Bernardo: up to 100 ml. Wet well all the body of the animal with warm water. Wearing a pair of gloves, spread small amounts of shampoo (1 tablespoon, equal to about 10 ml of product each 5 kg, corresponding to 12.2 mg/Kg p.v.), on all the animal's coat evenly, massaging counterbalance. Allow to act for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. The product immediately kills the fleas present but has no long-lasting effect. Treatment can be repeated according to need. To reduce reinfestation it is recommended to treat all dogs present in the domestic environment. It is also recommended to use appropriate environmental treatment against adult fleas and their developing stages.Conservation
Do not store at temperature above 25 degrees C. and do not freeze. Store in a dry place. Validity period of the veterinary medicinal product packaged for sale: five years.Warnings
Use the product according to the indicated modes of use. Prolonged use of topical products can give rise to awareness. In such cases stop treatment and consult your veterinarian. Special precautions for use in animals: the product is intended exclusively for external use. Avoid contact of the product with snout and eyes. Avoid excessive or improper applications of the product in any way. Avoid ingesting the product. In case a skin reaction appears due to the use of the product, it is recommended to suspend the treatment. See sections 4.3 (contraindications) and 4.10 (surplus). Special precautions that must be adopted by the person administering the product to animals: use a pair of protective gloves for the application of the product. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, mouth and clothing. In case of accidental spill on the skin wash with soap and water; in case of accidental spill in the eyes wash abundantly with water. Do not ingest the product. After the treatment remove the wet clothes, wash thoroughly with soap and water the hands, the exposed skin and the face. Accidentally contaminated clothing must be removed immediately. Do not drink, eat or smoke during use of the product. People with known hypersensitivity to the active substance propoxur or one of the excipients must avoid contact with the product. Just for veterinary use. This product contains a carbamate. In case of symptoms of toxicity, please contact a doctor. The product should not be administered by pregnant women, especially in the third quarter. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid that children get in touch with freshly treated animals until they are wet. In the container do not store water, food or products for human or animal consumption. Tests on dogs and cats have not evidenced indications of intolerance in case of application to double the normal dose. However, symptoms from carbammate poisoning, such as an increase in salivation, myosis, vomiting or diarrhea, may occur in people or animals as a result of multiple overdose or ingestion. In these cases, consult a veterinarian immediately. Antidote: sulphate atropine. In the absence of compatibility studies, this veterinary medicinal product should not be mixed with other veterinary medicinal products.Interactions
