Ingredients
Capsula for day: dioscorea (Dioscorea oppostifolia L. syn. Dioscorea opposite Thunb., rhizoma) e.s. tit. 6% in diosgenina, kudzu [Pueraria lobata (Willd.) DC., radix] e.s. tit. 40% in isoflavones, muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. (muira puama) cortex e.s. e/D ratio 1:4; charge agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; Lactobacillus crispatus SP28 (100 MLD UFC/g); anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts he fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; casing: gelatin.
Capsula for the night: amamelide (Hamamelis virginiana L., folium) e.s. 5% in tannins, angelic [Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels., radix] e.s. tit. 1% in ligustilide, ficocianina [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, thallus], zinc (zinc gluconate); charging agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; casing: gelatin.
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a capsule for the day in the morning to breakfast and a capsule for the night in the evening before bedtime.
