Suprasorbing F Protect
Description
Suprasorb F Protect in film is a protective film that protects the wound thanks to the composition of its materials.
The thin polyurethane film, coated with adhesive, offers both mechanical protection against friction and protection against water and bacteria.
At the same time, the film allows to eliminate water vapor from the dressing.
Suprasorb F Protect in film is suitable for fixing primary medications thanks to its adhesive force.
Mode of use
Suprasorb F Protect in film is used to cover and protect superficial wounds, provided that these are poorly exudatory.
In addition Suprasorb F Protect film dressing can be used for fixing in wound care.
Suprasorb F Protect in film is also suitable for prophylaxis of support of skin areas at risk of decubitation.
Suprasorb F Protect in sterile film is available in different sizes.
Make sure to select an appropriate measure based on the application.
Adhesive dressing in film should be applied in order to protrude about 2 cm beyond the edge of the wound or the fixed primary dressing.
Clean the application lesion/seat and dry the edges by swabing before applying the dressing.
Suprasorb F Protect in film adheres optimally to dry skin.
Before use, visually inspect the sterile barrier system to detect any packaging integrity defects (danni).
Open the envelope at the indicated point and remove the product.
Rotate Suprasor F Protect in film so that the printed side is directed towards you.
Grab tabs between index and thumb and separate them completely.
Rotate the product by 180°, so that the adhesive side is directed towards the patient or wound.
Place the product at the center of the wound (the area to be fixed) and distribute it gently (especially along the edges).
Then take the tabs between index and thumb again and extract them together with the supporting film.
To remove the product as painlessly as possible, you can break the bond between the adhesive and the skin by tending the plastic film more.
Film dressing should be spread as much as possible in parallel to the skin.

The intervals depend on the particular individual conditions of the patient's skin and the results of the basic medical evaluations.
