Directions:
to fight psycho-physical stress, respecting the circadian rhythm.

Posology and Mode of Use:
a capsule "day formula" ivory in the morning, a capsule "night formula" blue at the time of bedtime, with a plentiful glass of water.

Features:
- magnesium helps to react against excess of commitments and to overcome an episode of passing fatigue,
- vitamin B6 completes its neurological action, intervenes in the synthesis of serotonin;
- the lemon balm, relaxing plant par excellence, facilitates the addorment and contributes to a repairing sleep.

Components:
- day formula - ivory capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; antiagglomerating: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dyes: titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide.
- formula night - blue capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; dried melissa extract (melissa officinalis; arabic gum (100 mg per capsule); antiagglomerants: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; stearic acid; magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule: gelatin; dyes: titanium dioxide; indigotin.
