DESCRIPTION:
It is a laxative osmotic action useful in case of occasional constipation to promote intestinal motility and facilitate evacuation. Most of the magnesium sulphate is not absorbed and recalls water in the intestinal lumen and making feces more soft and easy to expel.
The difficulty in evacuating can be due to numerous causes, including: unbalanced diet, poor water intake, sedentary life, frequent travel, periods of stress and after the use of some drugs.
To facilitate gastro-intestinal well-being it is appropriate to follow a varied diet, consume foods rich in fiber, drink a lot of water, do physical activity, create a routine to go to the bathroom and never ignore when the need comes and, as far as possible, minimize sources of anxiety and concern.
MODE OF USE:
Take the product in case of:
- weekly evacuations below 3
- hard feces/caprine;
- feeling of incomplete emptying of the bowel.
The laxative must be taken orally.
Depending on the dose, usually 20 grams per day, magnesium sulphate can be used as a saline laxative.
