Description
Food supplement with magnesium-based sweetener, melatonin, vitamin B6, melissa and chamomile.
Magnesium Supremo, original and exclusive formula of Natural Point, is a mixture consisting of citric acid of vegetable origin and magnesium carbonate of marine origin.
The mixture in water is transformed into a high magnesium citrate solution, highly soluble organic salt with high absorption speed.
Magnesium Supreme Night Relax is a formula indicated for when you have difficulty sleeping, thanks to the benefits that chamomile, melatonin and melissa bring to our organism. In particular:
- melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained just before bedtime taking 1 mg.
- chamomile contributes to mental relaxation and therefore to physiological sleep.
- chamomile and melissa contribute to mental relaxation.
- magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of fatigue.
- magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, even during the night.
- magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Citric acid (acidifying), magnesium carbonate, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers e.s. tit. 0.3% in apigenin, melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves e.s. 4% in rosemary acid, steviol glycosides (edulcorant), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Mode of use
Take a teaspoon a day in a cup of warm or warm water (200 ml) as a classic herbal tea. Take an hour before bedtime.
Warnings
