Lactococcus thermophilus NCIMB 30438, Bifidobacterium breve NCIMB 30441, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis NCIMB 30436, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCIMB 30442, Lactobacillus plantarum NCIMB 30437, Lactobaci microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Nutritional characteristics
Mode of use
The recommended dose is 1-4 capsules per day, to be taken preferably before meals, with a large glass of water. For children, open the capsule and add powder to yogurt or juice.
