Shilajit is also called invincible rock or weakness demolitor. It is one of the most used tonics from Ayurvedic medicine.

Mode of use
The recommended daily quantity is 300-600 mg (up to half a teaspoon). Mix in water, tea or vegetable smoothies.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. Don't inhale.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
