Descrizione Clinica
Eyelet Protection
Polycarbonate
Description
Protective glasses.
They offer protection against high-energy particles at low speed. Optical class 2.
Mode of use
Users should always check with their supervisor or safety officer to verify that the protection offered by the eyelet is adequate for the working environment.
They can be washed with hot water and soap, and possibly disinfected with a UV lamp or with a common domestic disinfectant.
Warnings
1. Glasses offer no protection against IR radiation and should not be used as primary protection in environments where hazardous levels of IR radiation are present.
2. Glasses should only be worn at room temperature.
3. Although glasses offer adequate UV protection against UV radiation, they should not be used in environments where there are dangerous levels of UV, as in UV treatment operations.
4. Glasses do not offer protection against sunlight.
5. Check the eyelet regularly, obvious scratches, scaffolding or any other damage to the lens, can seriously reduce the level of protection against impacts. If damage occurs, the product must be discarded and replaced with a new one immediately.
6. If a part of the glasses is unsuitable, the whole product must be eliminated immediately and replace it with a new one.
7. Glasses against high-speed particles worn over the glasses can transmit impacts, thus creating a danger for those wearing them.
- These items are for eye protection but not unbreakable.
- The materials used may in cases of susceptible persons trigger allergic reactions.
- Colored lenses protect only the eyes from the solar beam (UV radiation). Neither colored lenses nor clear lenses offer protection against optical radiation emitted during welding and cutting work.
- Inspect items regularly in case of damaged or marked lenses immediately replace.
- For the guarantee of well-mounted lenses on frames and to provide better protection to impacts, spare lenses are required from the original manufacturer (the same identification code as the manufacturer).
- Avoid modifying or altering the design of frames or lenses unless further CE proof is made.
- It is suggested to keep glasses in a bag or box when not used.
Conservation
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
