Description
Specific supplement for the PRE-Gara or PRE-Workout phase. It makes citrulline, arginine, novaline, beta-alanine, taurine, creatine, caffeine, BCAAs and vitamins, very useful ingredients for sports performance.
Caffeine (70 mg/dose) helps increase attention and concentration. The micro-encapsulated caffeine (NewCaff) also allows a gradual release for a more modulated and constant effect.
Vitamins contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue (B12, B6, C), to the normal functioning of the nervous system (B1, B12, C), allow physiological energy metabolism (B12, B1, B6, C) and support normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen (B6).
Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis.
The product provides creatine, useful in case of repetitive activity of high intensity and short duration.

Mode of use
Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) of product in 200-250 ml of water.
STARTER 1000 takes about 15-20 minutes before starting and is thought for those who want to deal with the maximum energy intensive workouts, both short and long-lasting.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Contains caffeine (70 mg/dose). It is recommended not to exceed the intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. The product is intended for adults who practice intense exercise. For the presence of creatine the product is intended for adults only. Do not use in children, during pregnancy and nursing, or in any case for prolonged periods without hearing the advice of the doctor. Do not disperse into the environment after use.
