Description
Powerful food supplement with a specific formula based on:
- creatine and specific amino acids: L-arginine and beta alanine;
- vitamin C to help reduce fatigue and fatigue and vitamin B1 for normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function;
- magnesium for normal muscle function, zinc for normal metabolism of macronutrients and iron for normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity concealer: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), orange juice; sweetener: acesulphame K; aromas, phosphate iron, maltodextrin; edulcorante: sucralosio; zinc citrate; coloring: betacarotene; vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride).

Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.

Mode of use
A bag per day to dissolve in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
