Alpha lipoic acid; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Berberis (Berberis aristata DC.) cortex ex ramis e.s., Gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre (Retx) R.Br.] leaves e.s. 25% gymnemic acid; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; fermented red rice (Monascus purpureus) seeds e.s. 5% total monacoline, coenzyme Q10, black garlic (Allium sativum L.) bulb e.s., Greek hay (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds e.s., chromium picolinate.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a tablet a day before the main meal.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
