Description
Food supplement with vitamin B8, zinc and selenium that contribute to the normal maintenance of nails and hair, vitamin B9 that intervenes in the process of cell division and vitamin B12 that protects cells from oxidative stress. It also contains Manganese which contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues, iodine and copper that contributes to the normal pigmentation of hair and equiseto that favors the trophism of the connectivity and the well-being of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Dark tablet: calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate; charge agent: cellulose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherle acetate); anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; ferrous lactate, niacin (nicotinamide), zinc sulphate, pantothenic acid (D- calcium pantotenate); water, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (tyamine hydrochloride), copper sulphate; manganese sulphate, vitamin A ( retinile acetate), folate (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), inositol, potassium iodide, D-biotin, vitamin K (fillochinone), sodium selenate, vitamin D (colecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Mode of use
Take the contents of a sachet (1 dark tablet and 2 clear tablets) daily.
