Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep, vitamins B6 and B12 that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system of psychological function, L-triptophan and ashwagandha.
Ingredients
FOS (fruit-oligosaccharides), water, ashwagandha root extract [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal], gelling agent (pectin), acidifying acid (citric acid), acidity corrector (trisodium citrate), coconut oil, L-triptophan, natural aroma, coloring (antociani), vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride), melatonin, coating agent (carnauba wax), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
Take 1 gummy a day before bedtime.
