MELATONIN COMPLEX
Description
Food supplement of glycine and melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Ingredients
Charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, dicalcium phosphate; adenosine 5-triphosphate, glycine, melatonin; antiagglomerants: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide

Take 1 tablet, half an hour before bed, to swallow with little water.
