Description
oral capsule that helps to lose weight.
It is taken with water 2 times a day, before lunch and dinner. It acts in the stomach to favor the feeling of fullness, helping to eat less during the day. Plenity consists of 2 ingredients of natural origin, cellulose and citric acid. If taken with water, Plenity capsules release gel particles in the stomach. The particles absorb water and mix with food, promoting and anticipating the sense of satiety. This helps reduce food intake. Plenity transits along the digestive system and degrades into the colon. Water is released by Plenity particles and summarised by the body. The particles are finally expelled through normal bowel movements (so they are not absorbed).
Plenity is provided in pod. Each pod contains a single dose of 3 capsules, to be taken with water before lunch and dinner.
If associated with a healthy diet and exercise, Plenity can help you lose weight.
Mode of use
Plenity must be taken with water twice a day, from 20 to 30 minutes before lunch and from 20 to 30 minutes before dinner. Each dose consists of 3 capsules of Plenity, provided in a single pod.
1. Make sure that the capsules are not broken, crushed, or damaged. (Getting away, in case, the damaged capsules).
2. Inger the 3 capsules, once, with water.
3. After ingesting the capsules, drink another 2 glasses of water (250 ml each).
4. After taking Plenity, wait 20 to 30 minutes before starting the meal.
If you forget to take the dose before the meal, take Plenity during or immediately after the meal.
On an empty stomach, Plenity can affect how the body absorbs drugs. This could make certain drugs not work properly. If you take medications, including those without a prescription, inform your doctor or pharmacist before starting treatment with Plenity. When using Plenity, do not start, stop or change the dosage of any other medicine without the approval of your physician or pharmacist.
Warnings
Plenity can not be used by pregnant women, subject to allergic reactions to cellulose, citric acid, sodium stearil fumarate, porcine jelly, titanium dioxide.
Contact a doctor immediately in case of problems. In case of severe allergic reaction, severe stomach pain, or severe diarrhea, stop using Plenity until you can consult a doctor.
If you have a medical condition that makes swallowing difficult, you might have difficulty swallowing Plenity.

• you suffer from problems with the esophagus, including membranes or esophageal rings;
• you suffer from fun;

Do not consume the capsules that are broken, crushed, or damaged. Throw away those capsules.
