Tisana with relaxing and relaxing properties.

       (Melissa officinalis L.)
The leaves, collected and packaged according to their balsamic period, have relaxing properties and are characterized by the presence of an essential oil (minimum 0.15 ml/100 g) and rosemary acid (3.5%).
       Verbena odorous leaves
The addition of 5% of Verbena (minimum essential oil 0.2 ml/100 g), gives the infusion a pleasant taste.

Ingredients
Apple leaves (Melissa officinalis) coming from organic agriculture 95%; odorous verbena leaves (Lippia citriodora Kunth) 5%.

Mode of use
A filter is enough to prepare a cup of infusion.
Pour the water brought to the boil in a cup containing the filter bag and keep infusion from 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the most volatile substances.
To sweeten the use of honey is recommended.
