Descrizione Clinica
LUJA
Catetere Woman
Description
Female catheter made with the Micro-Hole Zone Technology, i.e. equipped with micro-holes placed on the 2.7 cm close to the tip of the catheter that replace the two traditional holes typical of the standard catheters. Luja's micro-holes promote a complete emptiness of the bladder in one seamless flow, reducing the risk of contracting urinary tract infections.
All Luja catheters are ready to use and made with the Triple Action Coating Technology that ensures uniform distribution of lubricant and free of dry points and reduced risk of contracting urinary tract infections caused by the urethral microtrauma.
The feature of the “Tool” makes catheter preparation faster (normally other catheters require several seconds to activate the lubricant) and keeps the catheter body lubricated for a long time.
Compact vescic catheterism for intermittent catheterism in the woman, equipped with Nelaton tip. It is self-lubricating, sterile, disposable and measures 14 cm.
The compactness of this catheter makes it easily transportable and discreet in disposal. Luja Donna allows to carry out catheterism from the fitting with the use of one hand, without need to touch the body of the catheter.
The Luja Donna catheter has a reduced environmental impact: the production of this catheter reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 22% and 28% the use of plastic compared to other catheters. In addition, the removable packaging that covers the body of the catheter is made of recycled plastic and can be recycled after the use of the product.
Luja Donna's secondary and tertiary packaging consists of recycled paper and can be recycled in the paper collection.
The use of the catheter is simple and atraumatic, it is also indicated for those who have permanent need to resort to this type of aids for the rest of their lives.
Equipped with universal connector for connecting urine collection pockets. This procedure can be carried out in total control and hygiene: once the packaging is opened and the connector is discovered, the body of the catheter will remain protected by a part of the product packaging, to avoid any contamination.
After use it is possible to close the catheter in the packaging.
It is noticeable that the catheter has already been used since the turquoise lines on the outer packaging are no longer aligned. This guarantees intact product.
Vescyclic catheterism, self-lubricating, sterile and disposable for intermittent catheterism. The catheter is ready for connection with bags for urine collection.
The use of Luja Donna is indicated in cases of urinary retention, it is simple to use, fast and atraumatic, indicated for those who have a permanent or temporary need to resort to this type of aids. It is particularly suitable for people who lead an active life, who work or study.
