Description
Isonam Energy, based on maltodextrin, minerals and vitamins, enriched with creatine and ginseng. Magnesium and potassium contribute to the physiological muscle function. The ginseng boasts tonic properties and can be useful in case of physical and mental fatigue.

Mode of use
It is recommended to dissolve the daily dose of product (30 g equal to 1 and a half scoop) in about 500 ml of water and take before, during and after training. By doing so you get a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes.
