Description
Food supplement of griffonia, linden, hawthorn, passiflora with melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Griffonia promotes normal mood tone and together with hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
The linden favours relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
Ingredients
Griffon [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semi] e.s tit to 25% 5-HTP; stabilizer: fatty acids; tiglio (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) e.s. tit. to 5% flavonoids, passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part) e.s. 4% flavonoids, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.], flowers and leaves e.s. tit. 3% vine; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Without gluten.
Without lactose.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
