DescriptionFood supplement based on iron, vitamin C, folic acid (folate) and vitamin B12, useful to make an additional share of these nutrients in the presence of food deficiencies or increased organic needs. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the body; contributes together with vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folate, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue, contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal cognitive function. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Supplementary intake of folic acid increases the state of the maternal folate. A low state of the maternal folate is a risk factor for the development of defects of the neuronal tube of the fetus. Folate contributes to normal hemopoiesi and the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 naturcaps per day, to swallow with abundant water. For women in fertile age the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of folic acid of 400 mcg (2 naturcaps) for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
