Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium carbonate, citric acid magnesium salts, magnesium L-pidolato; charging agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; coating agents: hydroxy-propylcellulose, fatty acids; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide.
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
Take 3 tablets daily.
