Description
Mellin Polilat 2 is a dietary food of continuation for special medical purposes for the food regime of the infant in case of allergies to the proteins of the cow's milk. Mellin Polilat 2 is based on extensive hydrolyzed milk seroproteins. Mellin Polilat 2 contains an exclusive blend of GOS/FOS (0.8 g/100 ml), LC-PUFA (long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids) and nucleotides.
Indicated after the 6th month until the 12th month.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, concentrate of hydrolyzed seroprotein (from milk), vegetable oils (palm oil, low erucic acid rapeseed oil, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, oil extracted from Mortierella alpina), galact-oligosaccharides (from milk) powder (8,46%), phosphate tricalcio, emulsifiers: esterified mono and diglycerides of citric acid; phosphate, phosphate, phosphate.
Nutritional characteristics
Mode of use
Before the preparation wash your hands and sterilize bottle, teat and iron.
Boil the amount of water needed and pour it into the bottle at the temperature of at least 50°C.
To get a well leveled scoop after filling it, eliminate excess dust using a well washed kitchen knife.
Add the powder satin scoops following the indications of the average feeding table. Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the dust.
Cool the bottle by putting it under running water, so that the milk reaches the temperature of about 40°C.
Before giving it to the milker check the temperature on the wrist.
Average feeding table for bottle
The table is indicative, the dosage can be changed according to the Pediatra opinion, according to the needs of the lactant. The replenishment of Mellin Polilat 2 is at 14.4% and it is obtained by adding a mixture of powder (4.8 g) every 30 ml of water.
Warnings
Mellin Polilat 2 should only be used under Pediatra control. The product cannot be used as the only source of nutrition. The product should not be used by parentage.
It is recommended to prepare milk only at the time of the meal and to consume it within half an hour.
Do not heat or boil milk once prepared.
Do not reuse any advanced milk.
Use only the measurino contained in the package.
Important: breast milk is the ideal food for infants and should be favored and used until possible.
The product should not be used as a substitute for breast milk in the first six months of life and is to be understood as part of a diversified diet. The beginning of the weaning must take place only following the indications of the Pediatra.
Follow the directions carefully. Unsuitable preparation and methods of use may result in a risk to infant health.
Conservation
Once the package is opened, it must be properly closed and stored in a cool and dry place (not in the refrigerator).
Consume within a month of opening.
