Description
Food supplement with liposomal melatonin that, if taken just before bedtime at the dose of 1 mg (1 stick pack) contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. It also contains oats, strain and hops useful to find a physiological relaxation (sleeping; in case of stress).
Ingredients
Water, stabilizer: glycerol; SLEEPCOMPLEX [L-triptofano e mix di estratti idroalcolici di avena (Avena sativa L., parte aerea fiorita), escolzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., parti aeree], hyperico (Hypericum perforatum L., top flower), jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller, fruit), hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobili), tiglio (Tilia tomentosa Moench, gemme), Uncaria [Uncaria tomentosa Willd. (ex Schult.) DC., corteccia], liposomal melatonin (melatonine; coating agents: sunflower lecithin, inulin, phosphatidylcholine, trealose, istidine); lyophilized fruit extract: red kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc, rhizome), red orange (Citrus sinensis L., fruit), lemon (Citrus limon L. fruct), trealose; acidity corrector: citric acid; preservatives: sorbate potassium, benzoate sodium; aroma.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 stick pack, such as or diluted in 100 ml of water (about half a glass), just before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not use in pregnancy and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods, without hearing the advice of the doctor. Hypericin not exceeding 0.7 mg. Hyperphin/Ipericin ratio not exceeding 7. If you take medications, before using the product ask for the advice of your doctor because the extract of Hyperico can interfere with their metabolism by inhibiting the activity. Hyperic extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
